Returns Policy
General
A) A 7-day return policy applies to all the products available for sale on Hadassah Bridal House.
B) Please note that the cost of return is paid by the buyer.
C) The item to be returned must be undamaged and in good shape.
Specifics
Dresses (Wedding gowns, Bridesmaid dresses, Flower girl dresses, Reception Dresses)
A) Dresses can only be returned in their original condition with tags still attached. The dresses must be unworn and undamaged. Kindly inform us within 24 hours of receipt of your intention to return the dress.
B) If the dress chosen is standard size, and we have sent you the wrong size, we will endeavour to replace it with the correct size. If we are out of stock with your correct size, we will offer a 100% full refund.
C) For other products like jewellery sets, shoes, veils, tiaras, underwear, and other accessories, sales are final. This is because these are personal products, and it is not healthy to pass them around. In the case of damaged products, kindly contact us within 24 hours for an exchange.
D) Custom-made or pre-ordered dresses are NOT available for returns. Please note that our designers will try to produce a close semblance of the reference image. Custom-made or pre-ordered dresses may have some variations in size and colour. Our designers usually leave allowances for alterations in the dresses. Kindly follow the measurement guide carefully, or stick with the standard size chart if you are unsure.
— If we were offered wrong measurements at the time of order, we would not accept any return. We can arrange an appointment between you and our designers for alteration. Please not that this will be for a fee. You will also be responsible for shipping costs where applicable.
— If the error with the measurement is from us, our designers will be happy to help with the alteration, but you will bear the shipping cost where applicable.
ORDER CANCELLATION
Orders placed for dresses can be cancelled within 24 hours. A cancellation charge may apply; this will be communicated upon cancellation.
