Informing us immediately you schedule a new date will allow our team reschedule your fittings to a date that is convenient for you.
Should I Be Worried About My Dress Arriving On Time?
No! So far we have not experienced any delays in dresses. However be rest assured that in the event that there is a delay our team will get across to you and inform you of the next step to take.
When Can I Make Another Appointment?
We are still awaiting further instructions from the government on when business activities can fully commence again. You can check our website and social media handles (Instagram, Twitter and Facebook) for updates on our reopening dates.
My Wedding Is Scheduled For Later This year. Should I Be Concerned?
If your wedding is still scheduled for a later date in the year ( June-December), you don’t need to worry. Our team would contact you in respect to any updates if there is any need.
